Kochi to Munnar

Meet our representative at Kochi and drive to Munnar. Munnar is known for its wildlife, lakes and the undulating Tea-plantations.
En route, visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, Tea Plantations, and Spice Garden.
Arrive in Munnar and check into your hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.

Exploring Munnar

Start the day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park (tickets can be booked in advance or purchased at the counter; the park is closed from February to April due to the breeding season of NilgiriTahr).
Visit the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays).
Post-lunch, explore Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, and Pothamedu Viewpoint.
End the day with a visit to the Botanical Garden.

Munnar to Thekkady

Check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (3-4 hours). Thekkady is renowned for nurturing wildlife such as Tigers, elephants, and Leopards, in Periyar National Park.
On arrival, take a boat ride in the Periyar Lake inside Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (tickets can be booked in advance or purchased at the counter). Birdwatching is a splendid activity to do during Periyar lake boat rides.
In the evening, enjoy optional activities such as Kathakali performances, elephant rides, elephant baths, a musical fountain, or Ayurvedic massages (on a direct payment basis).

Thekkady to Alleppey

Drive to Alleppey, the backwater paradise in Kerala, and check into a luxury houseboat.

Alleppey to Kochi and Departure
