Arrival in Kochi – Drive to Athirapilly

Meet our representative at Kochi Airport or Ernakulam railway station and drive to Athirapilly (63 km).
Check in to the hotel upon arrival and rest for a while.
Afterwards, visit the largest waterfall in Kerala, the majestic Athirapilly Waterfalls. Athirapilly Waterfalls is often referred to as the Niagara Falls of India due to its shape.

Athirapilly Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Vazhachal Waterfalls, another grand waterfall.
Later explore the attractions at Thumboormuzhi Dam including the hanging bridge across the Chalakudy River and a butterfly garden.

Athirapilly to Munnar

After breakfast, check out and drive to Munnar (5 hours). A nature’s paradise, Munnar stuns you with its simple yet unforgettable landscape of rolling hills

Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the Tea Museum to learn more about your favourite beverage (Entry Fee: ₹125 per adult).
Later visit the Floriculture Centre, a botanical garden with over 300 varieties of flowers and herbal plants (Entry Fee: ₹30 per person) and Eravikulam National Park, which has a rich flora and fauna and NilgiriTahr (Entry Fee: ₹120 for Indian adults, ₹450 for foreigners).
Enjoy scenic views and optional boating at Mattupetty Dam/Lake and Kundala Lake/Dam till the late afternoon (Entry Fee: ₹40 per person).

Munnar to Thekkady

Later visit the spice plantations in Thekkady where the aroma of popular Indian spices such as Cardemom, ‘Black Gold’ pepper, ginger, etc, fills the air. (Entry Fee: ₹100 per person)
If time allows there are various other activities to try while in Thekkady such as Jeep Safari (Approx. ₹1,500 per person), Kathakali Dance Show (₹200 per person), Kalaripayattu Martial Arts Show (₹200 per person), and Elephant Ride (Approx. ₹500 per person).
Have your dinner and an overnight stay in Thekkady.

Thekkady to Alleppey

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey (4 hours). Alleppey is the ideal place to enjoy the backwater activities of Kerala.
Check in to a traditionally decorated houseboat (1:00 PM) and enjoy a backwater cruise with views of paddy fields, local villages, rustic homes, ancient churches, temples, and swaying coconut groves.
Relish on-board meals and enjoy the overnight stay on the houseboat.

Alleppey to Kochi – Departure

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and drive to Kochi Airport or railway station for your onward journey.
